Right-click to Download: "The Times"
It’s clear from the intro that bi-coastal production duo Keelay & Zaire's debut album, Ridin’ High, is going to take you on a west coast, soul-filled, funky journey. With heavy hitting features from the likes of Planet Asia, Blu and Phonte of Little Brother, there’s also an overwhelming support from Bay Area artists all across the board—Jern Eye of Lunar Heights, Fortilive and Da Evangelist, just to name a few. With too-ill bass lines and not-your-average synths blended with the sound of Keelay's classic MPC-2000 drums and sampling, Ridin’ High creates the perfect sound for that long drive down I-5 to LA. Also check out the video for their single, "The Times ft. Blu, Fortilive & Nino Moschella." The song is that much needed wake up call to keep on repeat. Support your local artist.
