D. Black dropped an impressive record with Ali'Yah last month. The album displays a hard-edged spirituality with raw, classic production via Jake One, Vitamin D, Black himself and others. (A more thorough review is here.) One of the standout tracks from the album, "Yesterday," recently got the remix treatment with Black's Sport'n Life Records affiliates blessing the track.
