On June 5, we witnessed the inaugural Farmers Block--a daytime fresh fest implementing health conscious foods and sustainable awareness with the best in indie arts, crafts, fashion, hip-hop, dubstep, local farms and community gardens. Organized and arranged by artist/videographer Josh Couto aka F-22, the family style block party was held at 111 Minna Gallery and brought together an extensive network of Bay Area creatives.
We partnered up with MotionScope Studies to give you the highlights of the day. Check out a photo slideshow and watch MotionScope's video feature where we caught up with Ancient Youth Clothing, East Bay art collective/gallery Everybody Get Up, Amanda Grayce of Foundnation, Vallejo artist Dyno, Canadian progressive hip-hop artists Magnolius and Leo37, and more.
